Membership Cycles & Billing

All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer. The billing cycle runs from the 16th of each month through the 15th of the following month. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received after the 15th will apply to the next cycle.

Tiers & Pricing

$10/month — 15% discount on all store purchases + one (1) standard birthday party (value $425). Reservation fee: $25. Reschedule fee: $10.

$25/month — 35% discount + one (1) standard birthday party (value $650). Reservation fee: $25.

$50/month — 50% discount + one (1) standard birthday party (value $950). Reservation fee: $25.

Payment Method — ACH Required

Membership payments must be made exclusively via ACH bank transfer. Upon enrollment, members must provide a valid checking or savings account number, routing number, government-issued photo ID, and a matching email address. Credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, or any other form of payment are not accepted. Returned or failed ACH payments incur a $25 NSF fee and may result in membership suspension.

Free Birthday Party Perk — Eligibility

Each membership affords one (1) standard birthday party per household after maintaining an active membership for at least 90 consecutive days. The membership must be active and in good standing on both the booking and party dates. Members must present valid photo ID and proof of household address to redeem. The party credit covers only the standard package; add-ons and taxes are billed separately.

Annual Memberships & Cancellation

If a member cancels an annual membership after redeeming the free party, any remaining prorated fees will be charged immediately. If the perk has not been used, remaining fees may be waived per refund policy.

Non-transferability & Household Limits

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared or resold. Benefits apply to individuals residing at the same household address.

Discount Exclusions & Stacking

Member discounts do not apply to taxes, gift cards, or excluded promotional items and cannot be combined with other offers.

Refunds

Monthly memberships are non-refundable for prior billing periods. Partial refunds for unused portions may be considered at management’s discretion with a $10 administrative fee.

Conduct & Termination

The Slime Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraudulent activity, misconduct, or violation of terms without refund.
