When does my membership start and end?
Memberships run from the 16th of the current month to the 15th of the next month. All billing is processed automatically via ACH transfer.
How do I pay for my membership?
All memberships must be paid via ACH bank transfer. Credit cards, cash, or other forms of payment are not accepted.
When can I use my free birthday party?
After maintaining an active membership for 90 consecutive days. The membership must be active and in good standing on both the booking and party dates.
Can I transfer my party or discount to someone else?
No. Membership perks are for your household only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
What happens if my ACH payment fails?
A $25 NSF fee will apply and your membership will be suspended until payment is resolved
How do I cancel my membership?
Send an email to [email protected] before the 15th of the month to cancel before the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly fees are non-refundable. Management may approve partial refunds for special cases subject to a $10 administrative fee.
