All guests ages 2+ and up will need a ticket. You can purchase a ticket online or in person at our store for general admission.

We do sell tickets at the door and is based on space availability. We do recommend purchasing tickets online if you’re able to. We use the same ticket platform in person as we do online and cannot sell tickets for sold out times.

Rescheduling tickets must be done 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by selecting the reschedule your visit button on your confirmation email. Please reach out to us by email if you need to reschedule within 24hours of your visit for available times.

Tickets are not transferable.

All tickets are non-refundable, and we are more than to reschedule if you’re unable to attend your scheduled date and time.

Our ticketing platform adds a $5 fee per ticket. This administrative fee is the same for in person and online sales.

Early entry cannot be guaranteed. But, if possible, we are more than happy to accommodate. Running late? Not a problem! We will be more than happy to accommodate you when arrive. However, you may be asked to wait to see if our experiments are at capacity. If you feel you have arrived at our last experiment, we are happy to reschedule.

Yes, there is onsite parking at the mall at no cost to you.

All Slime experiments require a sign waiver form. Your confirmation email will contain a waiver form that must be filled out prior to the visit. Anyone without a signed waiver will be denied entry to participate in slime experiments.

Absolutely Yes! Please tag us on our social media platform for a chance to be shared on our IG stories. Equipment is prohibited and Commercial photography.

We love pets! Service animals are welcomed, but because slime is a gooey substance, we want to protect the risk of your pet-babies ingesting or potentially getting slime on their furs.

Water bottles must be sealed. Food is not allowed and does not mix well with slime.

Open space available for wheelchair/stroller accessible. Please contact our customer service department to provide special assistance during the visit.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (must be 16 or older). Guests 14 years or older can participate in slime experiments on their own! All underage slimers must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian prior to visit.

Tickets are not required to visit the slime shop only for slime lab experiments.

Yes, we do sell slime kits in our store.

Give the gift of slime to your loved ones. Can be purchased online or in store are valid for ticket sales only. Cannot be used for slime or merchandise purchases online or in-person.

Most promo codes exclude tickets-they are specifically for merchandise from our slime shop. Be on the lookout for exclusions.

The Slime Lab is committed to creating a safe and clean environment for our guests. Slime Lab Kits are inspected daily and sanitized regularly. Lab coats are new for each slime experiment and kids can take them home with them upon completion.

Yes! All experiments are monitored by Slime-ologist experts, and we ask for your adult supervision as well, that way we can guarantee a safe environment.

Yes! We have a coat rack and stroller parking area at the back of the store. Please store it at your own risk.

Safety Protocols

Masks are optional for all people entering The Slime Lab in order to keep everyone safe.

Hand washing is practiced frequently at our hand washing stations especially upon arrival. We offer hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes throughout each experiment.

Our staff are disinfecting and sanitizing all instruments before and after each slime experiment. Our HVAC system is in effect to maintain clean air circulation throughout the building.

If you do test positive for COVID please email us your contact information and someone from our team will follow up with you on rescheduling your visit at Slime Lab.
